About this villa rental
Detached house with a pool, tavern (auxiliary facility) and garden area of 1000 m2, gives you a pleasant and relaxing holiday. It's situated on location from which you can easily and quickly get to nearby beaches or another turistic sites such as the Fazana, Peroj, Rovinj, Medulin, Premantura and such other.
The auxiliary facility is covered, if necessary, enclosed space, separated from the main building with kitchen, bathoroom and play area. Apart from table football, guests will have the opportunity to have fun playing table tennis and darts game. Outer space suitable as a bowling alley.
In 2020 we enrich the amenities with a Spa whirlpool.
Each new group of guests will be welcomed with homemade cakes and welcome drink.
Parking is provided at the location of the holiday home, three parking places covered only for guests use.
It is certainly worth a visit and other places of peninsula if you really want to feel the spirit of Istria, its history, gastronomy and various summer events.
Certainly visiting Pula, your impressions will not leave you indifferent over its history which starts before about 3000 years.
Villa Mattea consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, kitchen, living room and three covered terraces. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room are on the ground floor, while the remaining two bedrooms and a bathroom are situated upstairs. All rooms are connected by internal stairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with access to a terrace and an outdoor area where are table, chairs and barbecue. The layout of the rooms allows complete privacy for all guests. The pool is regularly maintained and cleaned.
From our vacation house you can quickly arrive in the neighboring Pula, Fazana, Medulin, Peroj, Krnica, Premantura, so that swimming in the pool you can supplement with the sunbathing and swimming at the beach, either rocky or sandy.

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne Tage in Galizana,. Unsere Gastgeber, Natasa und Dino waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist echt groß und sehr gepflegt mit einem schönen und sauberen Pool. Zum Spielen gibt's eine gute TT-Platte und Kicker , Federball.... Wir waren alle begeistert und können die Villa sehr empfehlen.!!!

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.
Alles super. Tolles Haus, tolles Grundstück.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr bemüht.
Einziges Manko war, dass wir die Kaution nicht komplett zurück bekommen haben, mit der Begründung, dass Sachen defekt gewesen wären. Die "angemahnten" Dinge (Bettstützbein, Vase und Mülleimer) befanden sich bei Anreise in genau diesem Zustand. Der Mülleimer z.B. hat uns den kompletten Aufenthalt genervt, weil der Deckel defekt war. Das war er aber schon von Anfang an so.
Auf unseren Hinweis dass dies so war wurde nicht eingegangen. Bilder der Beschädigungen habe ich auch keine gesehen. Deswegen nun einen Aufstand zu machen ist mir zu blöd. Es trübt allerdings den ansonsten perfekten Urlaub bzw. Eindruck des Hauses und der Vermieter ein wenig ein. Leider. Selbst wenn wir den Mülleimer zu verschulden hätten, finde ich es kleinlich diesen aufzuführen. Bei den Mietpreisen sollte das drin sein.

many thanks for the nice holiday. The house with the pool and the new taverne is very beautiful. Nothing was missing in our whole time. We enjoy the time in the bounteously area. As well outside from the house there are many capabilities as the nice beach in Fazana, Pula with the harbor and the nice Shops. With nice wishes Thomas & Tanja Lammert with Moritz & Django, Marcus & Andrea Keller with Noah, Lara & Ari.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday! The house and pool are great. The kids all enjoyed the freedom around the house. We loved the fresh vegetables and the cake!! It is one of the best locations and we are coming back for another relaxing holiday!
