Cosy and modern living on a farm
This comfortable 150m² large apartment with beautiful views of the Giant Mountains is part of a completely renovated farmhouse. An exceptional starting point for trips and walks in the Giant Mountains region. It is located in an exposed yet quiet location.
Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a kitchen and a spacious living room with sofas guarantee a unique holiday atmosphere. In the living room you have a satellite-TV And DVD player are available. The bedrooms each have a double bed (1,80 mx 2,00 m three times and once 1,60 mx 2,00 m) and are comfortably furnished. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the chance to cook for themselves, or on request, breakfast and local, fresh ingredients for the preparation of meals are provided. The bathrooms each have a spacious shower.
In the garden is a large covered terrace shaded by nut trees with barbecue and fireplace, including high quality teak garden furniture; Firewood is provided.
The use of the fitness and wellness area, equipped with an infrared cabin for two persons by Physiotherm, two heated relaxation beds by Physiotherm, an ergometer, a crosstrainer and a rowing machine, is available. For the vehicles of our guests there are four parking spaces, two of them with a double carport on the enclosed property available. For strollers, bikes, skis, etc. can be used free of charge a large storage room 16m². If desired, you can use the bread service in return for payment.
Distance from nearest major city - Jelenia Góra (Hirschberg) - is about three kilometers. There, a number of nightlife options such as restaurants, bars, shopping malls, theaters, multiplex cinema, in a charming, historic old town are closed with arcades on all four sides of the market - a specialty in Europe. In the village there are three grocery stores, one of which is designed as a self-service shop, therefore easily accessible for foreign guests and tourists. Jeżów Sudecki (Grunau) is a suburb of Jelenia Góra and thus an excellent starting point for the attractions of the region. The main attraction is of course the Giant Mountains - a popular holiday resort both in summer and in the winter season. The Hirschberger Valley is known as the Valley of Palaces and Gardens - countless newly restored castles with magnificent parks invite to romantic and cozy hours.
Recommended as a destination: Boleslawiec (Bunzlau) - City of Ceramics (about 55 km), Wroclaw (Breslau) - capital of Lower Silesia (about 120 km), Miniature Park of Lower Silesia Attractions Kowary (Schmiedeberg) - 25 km. The distance to the next free pool is approximately five kilometers an aqua park with water slides and other attractions (open all year) is about 12 km away.

Wir haben zu fünft drei super schöne Tage verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an absolut nichts. Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Alicja und Uwe sind sehr nett. Wir haben eine schöne Wandertour zum Bergsee gemacht und den Abend bei einem kleinen Lagerfeuer ausklingen lassen. Die Infrarotkabine half super gegen den Muskelkater und brachte wohlige Entspannung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit der ganzen Familie! 8 Leute haben leicht Platz! Die Zimmer und der Wohnbereich sind sehr großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse und im großen Garten konnten wir die Sonne genießen und hatten dabei Blick auf das Riesengebirge. Sehr gut waren auch die Ausflugstipps der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzer! Vielen herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist größer, als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Wohnung, Haus und Garten sind tipptopp gepflegt, es war sicher die gepflegteste und sauberste Ferienunterkunft, die wir je besucht haben. Dazu die tolle Aussicht auf's Riesengebirge und schön ruhig gelegen, nette Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen. Wir kommen bestimmt zu einer anderen Jahreszeit nochmal wieder. :-) Zum Einkaufen und essen gehen sind 10 min Autofahrt nötig.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, haben den Gastgeber als sehr fürsorglich gegenüber den Gästen kennengelernt. Die Unterkunft war modern und zeitgemäß, vor allem bereits mit Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgestattet. Die Wohnung nebst nutzbarer Nebenräume und Aussenanlage waren sehr gepflegt, selbst die Terrasse mit Grill stand uns in der kalten Jahreszeit zur Verfügung. Es fehlte uns an nichts... Ein klarer Vorteil war auch die deutsche Sprache der Gastgeber, welche uns auch Freizeitempfehlungen gegeben haben und bei Buchungen von Extras unterstützten. Ein Blick in das Gästebuch verriet, dass viele Gäste einen ähnlichen Eindruck von dieser Unterkunft und den Gastgebern hatten. Wir kommen gern auch wieder.
Lediglich eine kleine Anmerkung bleibt doch: die Schließsysteme von WC, Dusche und Bad gingen sehr schwer zu bedienen, mit gegenseitiger Rücksicht unserer "Reisegruppe" stellte das aber kein Problem dar.
Uns bleibt zu sagen: Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes mal!😉�
