The apartment is centrally located in a restricted traffic area in the middle of the historic old town of Dresden.
It is located in the 'Palais am Neumarkt', a building newly built in 2011.
The world-famous Frauenkirche on Neumarkt is only about 150 m away.
The apartment will be the starting point for your "discoveries" - all important sights of the old town such as Frauenkirche, castle, cathedral (Hofkirche), Zwinger, Semperoper etc. are in the immediate vicinity and are within easy walking distance.
A total of 6 French windows (living room, bedroom) allow a direct view of the listed facade of the Albertinum (Dresden State Art Collections).
Special features are: high quality wooden parquet or Italian tiles with underfloor heating; large living room with sofa bed, armchair and separate dining area; Bedroom with small loggia, double bed and 5-door wardrobe; spacious bathroom; separate guest toilet.

The apartment is located in a unique central location on the top floor of a residential and commercial building and is easily accessible via a lift. The apartment is barrier-free - therefore suitable for senior citizens.

During the establishment, emphasis was placed on allergy-friendly equipment.
Tile or Parquet floors, underfloor heating and allergy-friendly mattresses + bed linen take this claim into account.

There is a double bed (190 x 160 cm) and an extra sofa bed (200 x 140 cm).
You can park your car comfortably in the paid underground car park in front of the house or inexpensively in a parking lot approx. 50 m away (12, - EUR / day).
Public transport can be reached on foot within 3 minutes.
There is a storage room for bicycles.

This apartment was fantastic! Very central location and close to all the sights and transportation. It’s also a very quiet location. The apartment is spacious and has 1 1/2 bathrooms. It was also extremely clean and even decorated for Christmas which was a nice surprise. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the pots, pans, etc were in very good condition. The furniture is also high end and very comfortable. Communication with Olaf was very good and he met us at the apartment for check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again!

The host and his listing have set the highest bar for VRBO listings and guests' experiences. From onset to [sad] departure, this has been a pleasure. Location A; Unit - A (lift helped for us 80 sorts); convenienceA; Dresden peoples and surroundings A; cultural offerings (important to us)A; A flat which is homey from the start; in a building with nice people; in an area historical, cultural, picturesque. It's hard to beat the view on Brühlsche Terrasse on Easter morning -- or the vibrant (all-age) urban life of Neumarkt during the weekend -- or the choral or symphonic offerings -- or the amazing variety of [good food] available so close. We've been with VRBO for well over 15 years. This is the best. Thank you Olaf and family!!
