About this cabin rental
Welcome to my cedar cabin in the city. This very eclectic house has personality where lone travelers can escape or families can bring their kiddos. Hi
"The Coffey Grounds" is in the middle of Austin!! Makes you feel like you are in the mountains but with all the luxuries of being in the city. Walk to tons of incredible eateries. There is a second story deck in the back yard where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. DO NOT CLIMB STAIRS TO DECK IF YOU CANNOT MANEUVER WINDING STAIRS.
Guests will enjoy the entire house, the yard, and the upstairs covered deck. The garage and studios in back will be locked and no access granted. Inside the house, I have covered areas that are personal clothes and belongings but there is plenty of room to put your own items.
Located in Brentwood, it is just 3 miles from downtown and less than a block from the bus stop.

Property was very beautiful and so much to look at and enjoy. Me and wife really enjoyed 2 night here. Surrounding restaurants have absolutely amazing food. Every place we ate was delicious. House was quiet and relaxing. Host is very responsive.

Picturesbdo not do this place justice! It's the perfect quirky Austin vibe! Carolyn goes above and beyond when it comes to hosts. She even checked in on us the evening of our arrival, just to make sure everything was ok! I cannot wait to be able to stay again!!!

I wish I had more time!! Everywhere I looked was something so fitting and unique. I eventually saw all the vintage cameras in the crossbeam above kitchen table! I have one of those! So, if you will host me again, I’d love to come back and really see the art house you have built!
