Das Objekt ist schon etwas älter und hat daher kleine Schönheitsfehler, die aber nicht sehr stören. Es ist dort sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist gut, ruhig und doch nicht weit vom Ort entfernt. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Bäcker, den Fleischhauer und den Edeka (kleiner Supermarkt) in ungefähr 15 Minuten.
Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung und der Familie Keller war hervorragend und sehr freundlich.
