They double-billed me. I paid in advance with Booking.com and then they charged me after I checked out, and it took many calls to them to fix it. Then they charged me for parking on days that were weeks after I had checked out.

The breakfast was decent, the location was good. But paying to park was not ok with the price of the stay. It should have been included in the price of the hotel stay.

The breakfast was great, it's really close to shopping, highway, and other major chain restaurants.

They started charging for parking which sucked giving the high price of staying at this hotel. It was a surprise also given that we booked months ago.

The property is clean, the rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable, we like having a kitchenette and it’s nice they provide a breakfast. The location is great for us since we are typically visiting for games @ the Grounds and it is about a 10 min drive. We also like that there is a Peet’s Coffee and other easy food options nearby.

The rooms are a little dark. They could use a brighter light option, especially near the couch and desk. During this visit, our tv wasn’t working properly. The color was off - blueish tones and the channels broke up regularly - pixelated and fuzzy. We asked to have it fixed and they said they would send a maintenance person. We stayed 3 nights and it was never fixed.

Beautiful hotel!

I love my room, very cozy and warm and my king size bed was amazingly comfy. The hotel was clean and quiet. It has everything that I felt like I was home. Perfect hotel when you're tired traveling. The staff were great. The breakfast was great. I would stay here next time with my hubby and longer.

It’s located close to Top golf and Thunder valley. Pool was clean.

I told the front desk my toilet didn’t flush and they sent someone to “fix” it. They just plunged it. Still didn’t work. Told them again at check out and they didn’t even offer compensation.
