The apartment was spotlessly clean especially considering it is very dated

The road was noisier than expected & the beds in 2nd bedroom were hard & uncomfortable

Well positioned for beach and town. Lovely balcony. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Living area spacious but didn’t need to use it so can’t comment on the comfort factor of the sofa and chairs. Apartment block very well looked after.

The single mattresses in the second bedroom were very hard so had to use the duvets as a topper. The bathroom with the shower was quite small and anyone of a large build would find it a tight squeeze. The concertina screen has seen better days. The fridge freezer and oven worked well enough but are possibly in need of replacement. The sliding doors onto the patio squeaked badly and need seeing to. Maybe the runners need oiling. It sounds as though we didn’t enjoy our stay, we did but the above items would have made our stay just a bit better. We may have had to pay more but would have been worth it. We had an issue with the electricity but this was sorted very quickly.

Apartment was well equipped and location was central to Port de Pollença with the choice of many lovely restaurants

Missed having somewhere to sit in the direct sun during late afternoon, but the beach is only short walk away

Apartmán je prostorný s dobře vybavenou kuchyni. Ocenili jsme ruční mixer k výrobě ovocných nápojů. K dispozici byl úžasný a prostorný balkon - tetasa, která měla ze všech stran stínící rolety a dále byla odpoledne přirozeně stíněna stromy. Apartman má dvě ložnice a jedna ložnice má vlastní koupelnu s vanou a s WC. Druhá koupelna má sprchu a WC a je přístupná z chodby. Na pláž i do supermarketu je to blízko - 10 minut pěšky. Apartmán je v klidné lokalitě, ale při spaní s otevřenými okny nás ráno budil ruch z ulice. Při zavřeném okně bylo ale v bytě klid. Klimatizace byla v ceně pobytu, ale využívali jsme ji jen v obývacím pokoji a pouze v noci, když jsme v ložnicích spali se zavřenými okny.
