We loved Bad Honnef and Regina and Martin's apartment. Bad Honnef is the perfect location for taking trams or trains just about anywhere on the Rhine. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Martin, thank you for all of your suggestions and mapping of key areas. That was very helpful as we discovered all of the interesting and exquisite areas around town. Our favorite part of Bad Honnef was Grafenwerth Island. We spent hours in the beer garden staring at the Rhine and enjoying the family atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. We look forward to returning in the future.

Martin was a great host and incredibly accommodating. I loved the apartment and felt very at home. A bit far from Bonn center but it's an easy and direct train ride. The apartment is very close to restaurants and shops in Bad Honnef, which is a cute and charming village. Close to the Rheine and hiking trails.

I am a student in Bad Honnef. I rented the apartment for my father and sister who were visiting me for a few days. I requested for the apartment two days before, but Dr. Wagner was very prompt with his response. He was also very welcoming and hospitable. The apartment was perfect. My guests enjoyed the place. Equipped with all essentials and more. The apartment s very cosy and even has a binder with instructions on how to use everything in the apartment, which was really helpful. I have nothing negative to say about the apartment. Would definitely contact Dr. Wagner again for my future visitors.

This beautiful flat located in Bad Honnef was in walking distance to wonderful market square where there were plenty of restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. You could also walk to the Rhein River. If you are looking for a non tourist and relaxing place to stay then this is it. The flat was equipped with everything you need for your home away from home. Within driving distance is Bonn, Cologne and the Mosel Valley. Martin and Regina were great host with plenty of local knowledge. You won't regret staying here.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, geräumig, mit allem was man für seinen Urlaub braucht, inklusive der gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem grossen Badezimmer. Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub mit der Familie in Bad Honnef sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen. Vielen Dank.

Wir hatten leider zur falschen Zeit die FeWo gebucht. Neben der Fewo Baustelle, gegenüber Baustelle. Selbst am Himmelfahrtstag wurde nebenan gearbeitet. Morgens ist es wegen der vorbeilaufenden Schüler und der durchbrausenden Autos sehr laut. Dadurch ist das Schlafen bei offenen Fenster fast unmöglich. Es dauert viel zu lange bis das Wasser zum Duschen und Abwaschen warm aus dem Hahn kommt. Kostbares Wasser wird dabei verschwendet.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, gepflegt und sehr modern eingerichtet. Sie bietet große helle Räume und eine Küche mit ausreichend Platz zum Kochen. Die Lage ist für Wanderungen in Richtung Löwenburg, zum Drachenfels oder auch nach Königswinter ideal geeignet. Die nächste Bäckerei und die Innenstadt von Bad Honneff sind fußläufig schnell erreicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat für einen vorbildlichen, reibungslosen Ablauf gesorgt.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Größe, perfekt für 2 Erwachsene, ggf. auch mit kleinem Kind. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, haben Erklärungen bekommen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche direkt am Wohnzimmer, ein großes Bad und ein großes Schlafzimmer bieten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb vom Zentrum, schön ruhig, aber man kann alles super fußläufig machen. Definitiv auch geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt, wir waren über Silvester da.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig ausgelegt. Die Baustelle gegenüber hat schon genervt - auch am Samstag wurde schon ab 07:00 Uhr gearbeitet. Da wir mit unserem 2,5 jährigen Enkel gereist sind war das frühe Aufstehen dann nicht ganz so schlimm.
