About this house rental
Duplex house with 108 square meters, in newly built residential, with Wi-Fi and two smart TVs, kitchen equipped with utensils and Nespresso coffee maker, 02 comfortable suites and 01 room all air conditioned. Social bathroom. 200 meters from Araçaípe beach and next to the Eco Park, bakery and convenience store a few meters, as well as restaurants and beach huts. The pool, gormet area and sauna are shared with the other houses in a pleasant family atmosphere. Garage for 01 car.
Downstairs integrated kitchen with all utensils (cook top, cooker hood, fridge, electric oven, sandwich maker, blender, nespresso coffee maker, microwave, pressure cooker, cookware sets, serving dishes, popcorn cooker, etc., we also provide iron and board. Living room with 47 "TV with cable tv, internet access, sofa for 04 people, wooden table with chairs and bench. Ground floor room with 02 single beds that can be added, wardrobe, mirror and bathroom with electric shower.
Upstairs we have 02 suites, the first of which has a balcony with a screen for children, and a hammock, plus 40 "TV with internet access, wardrobe, wall mirror and bathroom with solar heating, 02 Queen beds
In the second suite we have a child protection screen in the window, 01 queen and 01 double bed, mirror on the wall, wardrobe, bathroom with solar heating.
To meet the residential rules and greater comfort, WE ONLY ACCEPT UP TO 07 ADULTS AND 02 CHILDREN.

-automatic gate with control;
security by cameras and sensors;

The house is in a residential condominium next to Estrada da Ferry, which easily connects the city of Porto Seguro to the district of Arraial d'Ajuda. At 250 meters is the Araçaípe beach with beach huts and restaurants. Also just a few meters away there is bakery with convenience store, shops and restaurants. It is also close to the Eco Park, and the path leading to the center of Arraial where is the charming Mucugê street with numerous shops and restaurants, the Church Square and the lively "Broadway" street.
Coming and going
It is possible to rent cars right at the airport, which makes tourism easier for those who come by plane, since it is unnecessary to take Taxi, which are generally more expensive than renting a car.

O imóvel corresponde fielmente a descrição do anúncio e o Sr. Rodrigo foi extremamente amável, gentil e nos atendeu prontamente. Ficamos muito bem acomodados, a casa é muito confortável, com todos os acessórios na cozinha e demais dependências. Agradecemos a excelente estadia!

O proprietário Rodrigo é muito acessível e atencioso. O condomínio é muito agradável e bem localizado. Próximo à praia e à padarias. O imóvel estava muito limpo, organizado e completo. Todos os utensílios novos. Muito bonito, bem decorado e aconchegante.
Certamente retornarei e recomendo!

Imóvel muito bem organizado e equipado com eletrodomésticos e utensílios de uso geral de primeira linha....De 1 a 10 eu daria nota 10.
De todos os imóveis que já loquei, esse foi o melhor de longe.....
