Perfect location to have an enjoyable time, very close to the beach, swimming pool, tennis court, nice restaurants and shops. Host (Patty) very attentive to all needs and great communication.

We stayed on this property for 3 months. We spend 3 months each winter in a warmer climate for the past 25 years so we do have perspective.
The owners of this property are excellent. They were there for us to make sure our entry was good throughout our stay if any small issue developed they were there to have the issue fixed. This is a big deal as you trust your stay to some people you have never met.
The neighbors and location are very good. You can fish, play tennis, swim in a pool or the ocean, I preferred the long bike routs.
The place is big, 3 beds and two baths. It seems to be a 1980s home but the owners have spent money on modern improvements. The kitchen is well equipped.
We would and will rent this property again

House was beautiful with a well stocked kitchen cookware and utensils. We loved the screened in porch. Absolutely loved fishing off the dock. Caught lots of fish and saw Dolphins, Manatee, Spinner, Pelicans. Easy check in. Patty was fantastic to communicate with. Pool was nice and quiet. 2 bikes there was a plus! Loved the puzzles, games and magazines. We would recommend you drive to beach if you have gear and a cooler. Walk takes 15 minutes. Our kids said this was their favorite house. Brought our pickleball paddles and had family competitions at Langford Park. Restaurants, seafood market, bait store and grocery stores were relatively close. Quiet neighborhood.
