On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (gas). Air conditioning and heating are available at an additional cost. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads over 2 steps and an internal stair and a 50 sqm terrace. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom 50 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair (appropriate only for children), dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Siófok. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Youth groups under 26 years old are not desired by the landlord. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the property. Electric entrance gate, surveillance camera, and alarm system.

wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub in Siofok , es war sehr sauber, sehr nette Vermieter :) war alles da was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, nah am Zentrum und am See :)
wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen :)
