Located just 6 miles from Watchtower Farms, 48 miles to Warwick and 40 miles to Patterson This very cozy & spacious home. Large living/dining room. Kitchen is stocked with the essentials needed to be right at home. Laundry room and 2 half baths located on first floor Second story has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds One room with a queen size bed Full bathroom also on second floor. Final room with queen bed and a full/twin bunkbed with private bathroom. Nice picnic table & BBQ out back on nice grassy area under the trees.

The home was clean, which is the most important thing to me. All the bedrooms are upstairs and it's a pretty steep staircase, so if you have people who are mobility challenged they would be better off sleeping on the couch. There are one and a half bathrooms downstairs, so that is good. There were more than enough beds for our party. The only thing I found lacking were hooks to hang the towels. There are no hooks or towel bars. Plenty of towels though!

Pros:
Spacious living/dining room area allowed us to visit with a bigger group.
Nice upgraded kitchen with heated floors.
Four bedrooms, two 3/4 bathrooms and two 1/2 bathrooms.
New washer and dryer in nice ironing room.
Property manager (Chelsea) was very responsive.
Beds had electric blankets.
Rental fee was less than we would have paid for hotel rooms for our group.
Cons:
Older structure with unlevel floors. Steep steps to upstairs and handrails could be more robust.
Many of the beds were quite soft.
Bedroom #4 could use a coatrod.
Some of bathrooms could use a mirror.
