An absolutely amazing and wonderful experience.

My vacation this year took me to Brazil, especially to Petropolis. Coming from the United States I wanted to experience the more quiet side of Brasil. My time in Petropolis was filled with listening to great music and eating wonderful Brazilian cuisine. Even though Denise didn't advertise, she provided me with a small delicious breakfast. Local fruits and bread. Great coffee. Her home sits in a beautiful valley between two large rock mountains, with many plants and trees in her yard. An amazing inside and outside environment. The abundant birds and small animals were such a treat to see. My room was such a delight to sleep in, quiet at night and to wake with the songs of many birds outside. The entry has a small pond with fish and such green foliage surrounding the door. The cats of the house give such a homey warm touch and I had the convenience of enjoying the living room, dinning and kitchen area. Denise went above board with her hospitality, such a nice warm person. My recommendation to anyone wanting to stay in Petropolis I would advise to get in touch with Denise and stay at her house. Thank you Denise

A anfitriã Denise nos deixou muito à vontade. Extremamente educada, gentil e uma pessoa muito inteligente. Inicialmente só estávamos à procura de um quarto para dormir em Petrópolis para um casamento que ocorreu próximo dali, porém o espírito da anfitriã transformou nossa estadia na casa de vidro em um dos pontos altos do fim de semana!

Acolhedora, energizante e mágica

Denise acolheu a gente com tanto afeto que parecíamos amigas de longa data. O café da manhã servido foi lindo, delicado, e muito gostoso pois ela fazia questão que ficássemos bem aconchegadas naquela casinha especial. Tudo foi tão bom que estendemos por mais um dia. Tivemos música, poesia, conversas… foi inusitado e tudo o que precisávamos. Podem ir sem medo, o lugar é fácil acesso, confortável, e limpo… os gatinhos fazem toda diferença!
