Appartement meublé avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Une lampe à éclairage indirect le rendrait encore plus agréable.
Le bâtiment est en bordure du canal comme le montre l une des photos mais l'appartement n'a aucune vue sur le canal. Les baies donnent sur la terrasse et sur la rue.
Le propriétaire est sur place et s est montré très réactif lorsque nous l'avons sollicité.

Très propre un petit peu bruyant fenêtre fermée ok pour le bruit mais manque d un ventilateur ou clim
