A striking residence offering a peaceful escape for up to 12 guests, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Surrounded by greenery and a manicured garden, this historic homestead is a haven for those looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Victorian countryside. With interiors as captivating as the natural landscape, The Station House is more than a place to stay—it's a destination in itself.
Inside, the thoughtfully designed lounge features windows on three sides, filling the space with natural light and offering views of the garden. Leather couches and rustic wooden furnishings create a cozy, inviting ambience, while artworks lend character to the room. The adjacent dining room, with its large rustic table, comfortably seats 12 and is perfect for group gatherings.
The kitchen adjoins the dining room and is both functional and charming, with wooden countertops and a wall of windows creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Each of the six bedrooms exudes elegance and comfort, with combination of vintage and antique furniture, polished floorboards, and the most comfortable beds! French doors open onto the verandah of the front two bedrooms, and split system heating and cooling in the living rooms ensure year-round comfort.
The Station House offers a unique retreat, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. Its shared estate with The Manor House divided by a tall hedge, makes it ideal for larger groups of up to 28 guests, while nearby attractions like Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens and the vibrant town of Daylesford add to its allure.

Lovely stay in a clean home with charming old-era character. The lounge and dining areas easily fit our group of 11. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean. Great location with easy walking distance to shops and market.

I absolutely loved staying at the Station House. Such a beautiful home. I immediately felt at home and was able to relax in a beautiful setting. The decor is divine, location great and perfect for a mid sized group. Could not recommend it more highly and the communication with Houses of Daylesford was excellent.

The house was large, bedrooms attractive and comfortable. The lounge had enough seating for the number of bedrooms and the dining table was commodious. The house was way too warm because it was 27degrees but the heating could not be turned off. The grounds were lovely and everything was walking didtance

We had a girls weekend away and wanted a house where we could have group meals and time together but also individually rest and relax - this house provided a perfect space for both! The house was comfortable, clean, well situated and stylistically stunning! Could not ask for better accommodation
