The property is wonderful. Great location on Sanibel. It was just the wife and I but plenty of room for a family. Great view of the ocean and the beach is easily accessible could not be happier. We had dolphins right out the window every morning. Looked like they were hunting the bait fish in the shallows. Was quite a treat watching the dolphins. There is a lot of wildlife to enjoy observing on the island. The other beaches on the island are worth visiting as well. We liked lighthouse beach and it is right down the road. Also it is near Cielo one of our favorite restaurant. To sum it up was a great vacation except for the No-see-um bugs they were really bad if you are susceptible to them. Just have your bug spray and anti itch cream and you will be fine.

Great location on Sanibel and the resort amenities were wonderful and convenient. Condo was spacious and well stocked. Will return!!

Bedroom carpets need cleaning or replaced.
Sliding glass doors to porch need maintenance or replaced.
Screens on south part of porch have some holes.
