About this villa rental
House for 5-7 persons: approx. 80 m2, one bedroom with double bed and additional single bed, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, living/bedroom with sofa bed (width: 150 cm, length: 180 cm), dining table and kitchenette, air conditioning and fireplace. Covered summer kitchen with barbecue, gas stove and washbasin, dining table and lovely views of the sparkling sea in the distance.

The house has central heating. Tablet and WiFi available (free of charge). PlayStation 4 Pro in the living room. In the spacious garden opposite the house there is a chicken barn where you can serve yourself with freshly laid breakfast eggs. You can also buy regional specialties such as cheese, bacon and ham from your landlord. Up to 5 mountain bikes can be rented (5 euros per day per bike). If you want to experience a special adventure, we recommend a canoe or rafting trip on the Zrmanja River, which starts in Kaštel Žegarski, about 20 km away.
Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.

We really enjoyed our stay at house Maslina. The house and the grounds are very beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is large, and there's even a sauna. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent if you're looking for peace and quiet. However, the nearest towns with restaurants and supermarkets are only a 10-15-minute drive away. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were given a plate of Pršut, and during our stay, they brought us a local specialty for dinner. Across the road is an enclosure with sheep and chickens, which also belongs to the owners. Guests are welcome to take fresh eggs from the henhouse at any time. Due to the remote location of the house, the internet connection is unfortunately a bit weak. It's sufficient for surfing, but streaming isn't really possible. A small disappointment during our stay was the numerous wasps around and in the pool. Since the area is currently very dry, the wasps are looking for any water source they can find. The landlords can't do anything about this, but we wanted to mention it anyway for the sake of completeness.

Ruhig abseits des Tourismus gelegenes Haus mit traumhaft schönem Garten und Pool. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Pakostane, Biograd und Zadar sind relativ schnell (20-30min.) erreichbar. Am nächsten Strand in Karin ist man mit dem Auto bereits nach 10min..
Hervorzuheben sind die sehr netten, gastfreundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzer des Hauses, die jeden Wunsch erfüllen und zu später Stunde lange Pannenhilfe leisteten.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit unseren Kindern und Au Pair. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Für Menschen die Ruhe suchen und abseits des Trubels Urlaub machen wollen, ist das der Perfekte Ort ( schlechte Handyverbindung - aber möglich, kein Internet ) . Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht dem Urlauber einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu ermöglichen.
Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
