About this apartment rental
Property managed by GLAMAPARIS with a unique official registration number from the Mairie de Paris. All bookings are covered by cancellation (Covid included) and liability insurance. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Beautifully decorated apartment located near the Invalides and the Seine. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
This 165 m² apartment is located in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, a stone's throw from Les Invalides. On the 6th floor of a typical Parisian luxury building, an elevator provides easy access to the property.
With a vast double living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, comfort, brightness and space are the main qualities of this fully-furnished apartment.
The apartment has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bathroom, completely refurbished with warm panelling.
The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom, featuring a bathtub that can be used in shower mode. One has a king-size bed (with the option of separating the mattresses into two single beds), while the other has a queen-size bed.
The apartment also has a small balcony with a table and two chairs.
Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.
We offer:
a personal check-in service on arrival;
a manual with basic information about the apartment's facilities
A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;
Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.
A civil liability and rental risks insurance.
A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.
Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

We were delighted with this property. The location is excellent. Rue Cler is a short walk away as is the Invalides metro station. The Eiffel Tower, Musee d'Orsay, and the Champs de Elysee are a 15-20 minute walk. The neighborhood is very quiet which was nice after exploring crowded museums, etc. We experienced some warm days and bought an additional fan for the apartment and left it there. With opening the windows at night and running the fans, we were comfortable. One of the elevators was out of service so we used the back elevator and it worked just fine. The balcony with the cafe table was the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out and relax. Communication with Glamparis was excellent! Thank you.

This apartment was in a great location, walkable to many sites. There are alado several very nice restaurants within a very short walk, as well as Rue Cler for everything else.
