Summary:

Spacious five-bedroom Southampton home on a quiet, wooded street. Sleeps 10 with four king bedrooms, a private pool, covered hot tub, fire pit, and deck dining overlooking the pool. Three full bathrooms and an open living and dining layout make this a comfortable option for families and groups. Convenient to Southampton Village, Coopers Beach, and Shinnecock Hills.



The Space:

This five-bedroom Southampton home is designed for groups who want space and privacy, with a quiet wooded setting and easy access to Southampton Village, Coopers Beach, and Shinnecock Hills.



The home sits on a deep, tree-lined lot at the end of a quiet street. There are two floors, three full bathrooms, and a layout that works well for multi-generational families. Adults often prefer the lower level for pool access and privacy, while kids and shared living spaces are located upstairs.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The backyard features a large private pool set into a wraparound deck and surrounded by mature trees. A covered hot tub sits beneath the upper deck, offering shade and privacy. A stone fire pit with Adirondack seating is set back in the yard for evening use.



The upper deck includes outdoor dining for eight, a gas grill, and a shaded lounge area overlooking the pool. A large outdoor shower is available for use after beach days.



THE MAIN LEVEL (UPPER FLOOR)



The main living area has vaulted ceilings with skylights, a large sectional sofa, Smart TV, and a dining table that seats ten. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an island, and sliding doors that open directly to the deck.



Two bedrooms are located on this level, including one king bedroom with a sleeper sofa and a twin bedroom that works well for children.



THE LOWER LEVEL (GROUND FLOOR)



The lower level offers quiet sleeping areas with direct access to the pool deck. Three king bedrooms are located on this floor, including one with an ensuite bathroom. A full hallway bath and laundry room are also on this level.

Coopers Beach: 5.3 miles / ~12 minutes

Stop & Shop: 2.9 miles

Water Mill / Bridgehampton: ~10 minutes

Sag Harbor / Montauk: easy day trips



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Southampton and the wider Hamptons. The home has driveway parking for up to four cars, and local beaches, shops, and restaurants are all within a short drive. Ride-sharing services operate in the area but can have limited availability during peak season.

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

We had a family vacation with 6 adults and two toddlers. Beautiful area, well furnished, comfortable, clean, easy ingress egress. It accommodated our family very well. Loved the area!

This property appears exactly as listed and is close to Southampton. The one thing I found a little odd is that the property manager is around A LOT (I think she lives next door?). It was fine for our group but a bit invasive.
