WALK TO DUCK POND! This comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located on Wellfleet's oceanside--only a 10-minute walk to Duck Pond--one of the town's beloved freshwater ponds.

Enter a living room with comfortable seating, gas fireplace and flat screen smart TV with cable and WiFi. The living room opens to the dining area with large dining table and the well-appointed kitchen. The slider from the dining area leads to the spacious deck with wooded backyard.
In addition to the main living area, there is one bedroom with a full (double) bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower and washer/dryer on the first floor.
The second floor has two large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has four twin beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a nice sitting area. There is also a full bathroom with shower on this floor.
Air conditioning: Four window air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the main living area).
Enjoy meals on the deck, grilling on the gas grill and the enclosed outdoor shower. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, only a short distance to Wellfleet's wonderful ocean beaches and freshwater ponds. Head over to Wellfleet Center and Harbor for wonderful shops, galleries, restaurants, entertainment and outdoor fun including fishing charters, golf, tennis and hikes on the Cape Cod National Seashore trails.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

We had a great stay at this property which was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable, The kitchen and dining area were spacious and well-stocked. The deck was a beautiful place to hang out. And we loved the access to the bike path and Duck Pond.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here! The house was very clean and check-in was easy. We thought there was an issue with the refrigerator at first (it just needed time to catch up with all of the groceries we put in it) and when I called the management company they were very attentive and willing to come out if the problem persisted (it didn't!). The proximity to beaches made this the ideal Wellfleet vacation spot!
