Cozy farmhouse with four simply furnished apartments in the famous wine area with the D.O.C. Montecucco. View of the hills around the valley of the river Ombrone. Quiet position. The house is surrounded by a well-kept lawn with pool, sun terrace and barbecue. Shared washing machine. The apartments, furnished in rustic style, have their own entrance. Accommodation: entrance through a small private veranda, living/dining room with kitchenette (microwave, freezer), 1 double bedroom with sofa bed (1.60 m wide), 1 bathroom with shower. Distances: 11 km Cinigiano (stores of all kinds), 20 km Paganico, 28 km Grosseto (riding school), 40 km from the Natural Park of Maremma and the medieval village of Montalcino, famous for its wines, 50 km from Siena and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Parco dell'Uccellina. Prachtige, schone, ruime en gezellige woning. Gelegen op begane grond met mooi uitzicht en zwembad voor het terras. Ideaal voor onze twee kinderen. Overdekt terras is heerlijk en zwembad is schoon, groot en meer dan voldoende ligbedden voor 3 appartementen. Omgeving is schitterend. Wij hebben genoten van rust, omgeving en locatie!
