About this villa rental
If you choose the Amalfi Coast, you will not miss a fabulous stay away from the chaos of the city center. Our house is located in the beautiful village of Furore, just 6 km from Amalfi, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, olive groves and lemon groves, between the mountain and the immense blue of the sea.
Access to the private parking area is convenient thanks to an elevator.
The property is on two levels; from the large parking area you can already be fascinated by the enchanting panorama and up the stairs shaded by a majestic pergola; you can relax in total privacy and quiet in the heated whirlpool in both summer and winter.
You can work out on the outdoor gym, in the sun or just read a good book.
A few separate stairs the lower floor. Here is another large terrace, great for dining, during the wonderful summer evenings, serenaded by cicadas and unique sunsets, an area where you can take advantage of the barbecue or even experiment. There is only fun to be had!
The interiors are spacious, the living room is comfortable, the double bedroom is perfect for those who bring their children. It is great to wake up in the morning to a breath-taking view ... the sun to the front of you and warms you gently. You will feel the same emotion. Then a small single room, perfect for kids and another double room with a window.
Feeling of being at home, the kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of pots, pans and dishes. In addition, the two bathrooms are well finished and decorated in a unique style.
You will have the opportunity to experience our traditions with typical cooking classes and the lemon tour.
Do you like pizza? Do not miss an opportunity with our family to learn the secrets of homemade pizza. In an informal and friendly atmosphere, you will have fun making your own hands and eating with the most famous Italian dish. This pizza will give you the opportunity to bring your family and friends.
If you are a sporty type and love trekking, you can not miss the Amalfi coast from Agerola to Positano, Furore to Conca and Amalfi, here you can lose yourself in nature and dive into the most pristine landscapes.

Since 2011 it is in force the city tax applied to non-overnight overnight, Furore as in almost all the places of the coast.
The tax rate is 2.00 euros per person per night, for the first 7 nights. The tax is aimed at improving the quality of services. Children under 10 years of age are exempt.
The electricity and methane costs are not included in the price and are calculated on consumption.

Wir waren fuer 7 Tage Anfang April mit der Familie zu sechst in der grandios auf 300 Metern Hoehe gelegenen, stylisch eingerichteten Villa und fuehlten uns pudelwohl.
Der Wettergott war uns hold und wir hatten nachmittags in der Sonne fast täglich ueber 25 Grad.
Es gibt zwei Terassen, welche einen umwerfenden Ausblick auf den Golf bieten.
Eine Wonne ist es, den Jacuzzi bei Sonnenuntergang mit Blickrichtung auf das Meer zu geniessen.
Diesen sollte man allerdings rechtzeitig - mindestens 8 Stunden vorher vorheizen.
Wir genossen in Teamarbeit hergestellte Pizza, welche wir im Holzofen auf der Terasse buken.
Marlon und Katia sind wirklich sehr nett und gastfreundlich.
Zur Ankunft wurden wir mit selbstgebackenem, leckerem Zitronenkuchen und heimischen Olivenoel ueberrascht.
Durch die vier huebschen Zimmer, zwei Baeder und die zwei Terassen,
hatte jeder von uns genuegend Freiraum und konnte sich auch mal zum Lesen in Ruhe zurueckziehen.
Ein sehr gut sortierter Minimarkt ist in ca 1 km ueber einen nach mediteranen Kräutern duftenden und mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer ausgestatten Fussweg zu erreichen. Hier gibt es auch frischen Kaese, Gemuese und Obst.
Den Weg der Goetter startet oberhalb Furores in Ageriola/ Ortsteil Bomerano,
Der Start des Weges selbst ist nicht ausgeschildert, jedoch Bomerano, welches wir mit den Mietwagen erreichten.Hier kann man in Seitenstrassen gut parken.
Wir wanderten den Weg bei bestem Wetter, festes Schuhwerk - der Weg ist mitunter sehr uneben und geröllig - Kopfbedeckung fuer Sonnenentwoehnte, Wasser und eine gute Kondition sind Voraussetzung.
Der Weg in Richtung Positano fuehrte insgesamt gemaechlich bergab.
Bis Nacello, dem naechsten Ort brauchten wir mit mehreren kleinen Pausen ca 2 Stunden.
Ab hier fuehren 1000! Stufen nach unten nach Positano, was nocheinmal sehr viel Kraft kostet.
Fuer nicht Trainierte ist es sicher besser ab hier mit dem Bus zu fahren.
Wir fuhren ab Positano mit dem Bus nach Amalfi und stiegen hier um nach Bomerano.
Ein Ausflug wert ist ebenfalls mit der Faehre ab Amalfi oder Positano an der Kueste entlang nach Capri zu fahren.
Hier nach dem Ausstieg rechts halten und sich am Schalter ein Busticket fuer nur 1,80€ nach Anacapri kaufen,
mit dem Bus in Haarnadelkurven nach oben und in Anacapri aussteigen.Nun mit dem Sessellift auf den Monte Solare. Es kann frisch sein - Jacke/Schal mitnehmen.
Besser nicht! nach unten wandern da die Wege schlecht! ausgeschildert sind!

Our family spent 14 days in Villa Danae in Furore. We were more than satisfied with the accomodation we've chosen. Every photo you can see here truly gives you the opportunity to feel the real soul of the villa. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Every room has its own touch and spirit. We liked the design.
There were 7 of us and I can say, that we spent all our vacation with comfort - enough space for everybody. Katia and Marlon were the most welcoming hosts in the whole world. They did everything they could for us to enjoy our vacation to the fullest.
Also Katia's parents left the warmest memories about their pizza master-class. We chose one night which was comfortable for both of us, and we invited them over to make pizza together. It was a very memorable experience.
We have no regrets about choosing this exact villa, because it left only positive emotions. And the view...you can't feel unhappy seeing that view waking up every day.
One small advice for all the travellers - rent a car! Without it you will sit on the villa for all your vacation. The only place you can go to is bar and a mini market. If you want to see the true beauty of the Amalfi coast - rent a car.

I was excited by the pictures, but as we arrived I realized pictures over did it. One of the bedrooms had bunk beds and was very small. Another room has a bed about the size of a bunk bed and that space was even smaller with no area for luggage or hanging clothes. Two of the rooms with queen or standard size beds are beds that are lumpy and not comfortable at all. There is no pool and you have to pay any electric you use during your stay. So keep this in mind if you want to use the hot tub. When you arrive it is NOT heated. Everything had an extra charge (that we were not informed about ahead of time) We asked for Scooters and after we received them there was an extra 20 euros for delivery charge. In the kitchen our bread, and anything else we left on the counter was full of ants. The only reason I would go back to this place would be to go to the restaurant right above the house called Melchio. This place made our trip here definitely worth while. EXCELLENT RESTAURANT!!! Food was very delicious. Unfortunately we were NEVER told about this restaurant we just happen to stumble upon it, and boy what a great find!!
