Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, guter Schallschutz trotz Bundesstraße und Eisenbahn, auch zu anderen Wohnungen, modern eingerichtet, moderne schallgeschützte Lüftungsanlage. In wenigen Gehminuten kann man die wichtigsten touristischen Attraktionen erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was sie braucht. Super Lage. Man kommt schnell in die Stadt oder in die Natur. Waren selbst ist ein süßer kleiner Ort, den man nur empfehlen kann. Super zum joggen, um den Tiefwarensee vor der Haustür sind es 10km Rundkurs. Ausleihe von Rad, Boot oder Surfbrett in unmittelbarer Nähe. Genau wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kleines Manko: Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, leider nur gegen Gebühr und manchmal ist die Straße auch etwas laut. Aber alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Duschvorhang
wäre angebracht eine Duschabtrennung aus Glas auf der Badewanne anzubringen. Duschvorhang klebt beim Duschen immer am Körper .
