The Abuela Benita cottages were designed to ensure quality service for the visitor. Therefore, we have consolidated the old family home by building two cottages designed in a modern style from traditional materials of first quality, including: slate, stone, wrought iron, wood...
Abuela Benita cottage consists of two independent cottages connected by the kitchen through an interior courtyard. They are located in the center of town and designed for quiet family stays. Each consists of four double rooms on two upper floors. Each room has a private bathroom, closets and furniture made of high-quality wood.
An elaborate lighting design and tasteful decoration create a special atmosphere at home that you will not want to leave. Both cottages have the same distribution on the ground floor: A large living room dominated by a large antique iron fireplace and a comfortable kitchen that opens into a delightful courtyard with stone walls covered by vines.
The kitchens in both cottages have all the essential services: ceramic stove, oven (and oven fan), microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. They also have space for domestic utensils and a shower room and laundry room.
Both houses also have two televisions (one in the living room and another in the kitchen), a radio-CD-DVD player and a selection of the best books, games and movies for all tastes and ages. For the development of rural tourism of the highest possible quality, we provide all our customers detailed tourist information of Cebreros and Ávila, where you can get historical information on the people and places of the region, as well as all the activities that you can enjoy.
