About this house rental

Part of a farm from the 16th century, in the region of the High Fens nature reserve. Kitchen with ceramic hobs. Waimes is the highest Belgian municipality. In the area you can make beautiful walks all year round and skiing in winter. The owner of the house has over 30 years experience in renting and welcomes you warmly. The owner will provide you with relevant information so that you can fully enjoy your vacation. Crib and high chair on request.



From this vacation home you can easily visit the authentic villages of Montenau, Stavelot, Spa, the pretty town of Malmedy or Monschau in Germany. The castle Reinhardstein and the reservoir in Bütgenbach are also worth a visit, where you can also enjoy a green environment. The vacation home is located 7 km from Ovifat. With enough snow, the ski slopes in Ovifat are open. During your stay in East Belgium you can visit the High Fens-Eifel Nature Park, where you can walk through a beautiful landscape. Riding stable 500 m. Nearby is also a go-kart track, also you have the opportunity for a walk on a donkey.

Logement en campagne, pour des personnes aimant la nature, les vaches..L''espace de vie manque de lumière par temps gris. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires avec une délicieuse tarte. Ils sont présents si l'on a besoin de conseils et la position du logement permet une totale indépendance aux vacanciers.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig am Rande des Ortes Waimes gelegen, groß genug für zwei Personen plus evtl. zwei Kinder. Alles, was man im Urlaub so braucht, ist vorhanden, insbesondere in der Küche. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! In der Umgebung sind zudem viele schöne Ausflugsziele und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr süßes Häuschen
Wir haben dort erst kürzlich eine Woche Urlaub mit unseren Hunden verbracht. Es ist ein wirklich süßes kleines Häuschen, dass mit allem ausgestattet ist was man benötigt. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns sogar einen Obstkuchen geschenkt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist nicht auszuschließen, dass wir dieses Haus wieder mieten werden. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da man vor Ort eine Kaution hinterlegen muss und dann davon Verbrauchskosten(Strom, Wasser) bezahlt werden. Bitte nicht falsch h verstehen. Ich habe da Grundsätzlich nichts dagegen. Aber das Haus wird elektrisch beheizt und darüber stehen keinerlei Informationen in den Beschreibungen. Das könnte man noch nachbessern. S. Reutter
