This house is conveniently located close to the poolhouse with the fitness center and restaurant included. Staff was meticulous about making sure only members and guests had access, making this a nice stay.
The house was spacious, had plenty of supplies for our week, fun games, and despite the noisy neighbors (not the house rental's fault), it was a nice neighborhood.
Other than the nightmare that is Interstate 4, and the tricky U-turn you have to make to get into the neighborhood's main gate, it's a great spot--convenient to the Publix and lots of great restaurants.
We had a few very minor issues when we checked in but all was handled promptly by email so we had no problem with that.
Would definitely stay here again

The house was as pictured, clean, and well stocked. The house had no front lights so it was hard to find and get in the door when arriving late at night. It was 40 degrees outside and the heat was not turned on so it was 58 degrees in the house, which is not ideal with 3 small kids at midnight. We notified them of no WiFi connection and it took 2 follow up calls to get them to change the box. I notified the tech of a rodent in the vent but nothing was ever done about it. Thankfully, we were not really there during the day and only needed 2 of the 5 rooms so we just stayed away from where it was. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The game room was fun and a big hit with the kids. We paid extra for the pool and hot tub heat but the pool never warmed up at all. The neighborhood is very busy and the quiet hours are not enforced so we had several nights of a neighbor blaring music from Noon until 2 AM. The clubhouse is a short walk with pools warm enough for swimming and a restaurant with good food. Overall, it was a nice house and location, but too many issues to give it a 5 star rating.
