Above Zell am Ziller, in the district of Zellberg, 4.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 100 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub, arbour, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station 4.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km. Gondola lift 6 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 6 km, Ski-Zillertal-3000 8 km. Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Wellness area opening hours 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. "Aqua Life" steam bath, a cedar wooden tub filled with pure spring water and heated to 35 - 40 degrees. 1 sauna towel and 1 bathrobe per person are available free of charge. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Zillertal. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend. Anita unsere Gastwirtin, war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Unsere Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon begeisterte uns jeden Tag aufs neue ! Der Wellness Bereich konnte privat genutzt werden, das ist schon etwas besonderes! Preis - Leistung TOP *****

Apartament dosyć przyzwoicie wyposażony ale w mocno używane sprzęty. Jeden pokój przechodni z łóżkiem piętrowym. Nad wyposażeniem kuchni można byłoby trochę popracować. Łazienka do remontu. Obiekt dla większej grupy mało wymagających osób. Czysto. Wspaniałe widoki na góry. Uprzejma i miła właścicielka. Zimą może być ciężko z dojazdem. Łańcuchy niezbędne. Dobra baza wypadowa na wycieczki piesze. Daleko do centrum, sklepów, restauracji.
