Door lock was broke and couldn't reset to our personal code. The host neglected to advise that and/or update the instructions sent by email. And the directions were a bit confusing, in the dark, up steep mountain. We got stuck at a dead end and couldn't turn around and I thought I was going to die right there going off the mountain.Jets in tub did not work.Jacuzzi wasn't really hot.No clear instructions on how to operate the TV. It took me 2 nights to get it on.Although very clean, there was a strange smell. I'm not sure if it was the cabin itself, or the chemicals in the water.Other than that, it nice.
