About this house rental

Holiday home Orijana is located in the village of Pusti, near the medieval town of Svetvinčenat.
The house is located on an area of ​​1000 square meters in an attractive location. You will be near the center of the city, yet away from big city bustle and noise.
You need peace and quiet? Here you have it!
The newly built house has 80 square meters, there are: two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining room, and the living room with outside heated pool.
You will experience the special moments on the terrace with a light breeze in the morning coffee and breakfast or afternoon barbecue in the fireplace, which are also available.
In the warm summer months you can find refreshments by the pool that makes the entire outdoor area even more attractive.
In your free time you can go cycling or hiking. The hunters will also find their place throughout the year.
The town of Svetvinčenat is one of the Istrian jewels. Here is a rich tourist offer: Morosini-Grimani castle, Medieval festival, folklore, celebrations of young wine, Istrian souvenirs and much more.
The village of Pusti is only 2 km from the town where you will find at your disposal shops, bank, post office and clinic.
The nearest beach and crystal clear waters to the village of Bale, is 15 kilometers away.

We spent fantastic week at Villa Orijana. If you are looking for silence, calm and relaxing surrounding - book now! Localisation gives a good chance to go around Istria and feel the region. For us and for kids it was amazing, we were looking for relaxing time - and we have found it. The house is very nice, having all needed things or even more then is needed (there was also needle and thread :)) . Kitchen is full of stuff. Pool is filtered all the time, water crystal clear in perfect conditions. Hospitality of the owners was at the highest level, we appreciate a lot. One day - at the morning we were given a plate of pankaces :) We were so suprised. Big thanks for you Matea and for your Parents, take care!

We spent a splendid holiday in Pusti and enjoyed the house and the pool very much. From there you can make a lot of trips to famous towns such as Rovinj, Pula, Porec etc. The house is very clean and Matea and her family are really very kind. The spoiled us with fruit and vegetables from their garden, and even with freshly made pancakes. Thank you again!!! We can also recommend to have a tasting of their fantastic olive oil! Hwala! Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub hier! Die Gastfamilie ist total lieb und hilfsbereit, aber niemals aufdringlich. Das Haus, der wunderschöne Pool und das komplette Gelände waren sehr sauber und für unseren Geschmack perfekt eingerichtet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt zur Erholung, denn das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, fernab von Trubel. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt und für Tagesausflüge konnte man innerhalb 30-40 Minuten viele tolle Städte oder Ausflugsziele erreichen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sofort wohlgefühlt. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Urlaub. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Matea und Ihre ganze Familie!

Die Lage ist perfekt für alle Unternehmungen, ob Radfahrern oder ein Tag am Strand. Mann kann alles in max. 40 Minuten alles gut erreichen. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden vom Ort und ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet,sogar über Durchschnitt würde ich sagen. Der Außenbereich ist mit Liebe gestaltet und wird gepflegt. Der Pool und die Grillecke sind perfekt. So und und nun zu den Gastgeber, ich kann nur sagen herzlich und allzeit bereit für Hilfe und Tipps. Und man bekommt von ihnen oft Leckereien und Obst. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Hvala vam na lijepom odmoru!! 😀
