The breakfast could be better, the boiled eggs were very hard. There should be a variety of fruits.
As it is a family friendly hotel it should be cleaner, our garbage bin was full and the room was cleaned only the second day of our stay.

Very comfortable room. Loved the pool and hot tub. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very well located. Loved the breakfast.
Unfortunately due to the iron man race, it was difficult to go to the village and the falls we wa ted to visit.
Worst cable provider ever. Konek remote was hard to use. Cable was glitchy and froze often. Changed the batteries on the remote but didn't help. Also would have appreciated a few lounge chairs at the pool and hot tub.

Location was good - great restaurants right in the parking lot! Breakfast at the hotel was good and desk staff were very friendly.
We stayed on the ground floor and it was really noisy in the hallway and from the herd of elephants in the room above us.

Hotel facilities weren't functional . Hot tub was broken and dirty and fenced around using barbed wire !!!! Breakfast doesn't offer scrambled eggs, ham, sausages , bacon any longer . Ridiculous choice! Coffee is diluted to the max possible .
