Magnifique four mais sans plat à gratin !
Matelas en mousse entrée de gamme très mous.
Dans la salle de douche le dérouleur du papier WC est placé sous la cuvette. Pas très pratique !
Appartement lumineux avec parking en s/sol très pratique.

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in dieser Wohnanlage. Die Wohnungen sind tipptopp und sehr zu empfehlen. Hinsichtlich des Preis- Leistungsverhältnisses halten wir eine obere Preisgrenze für erreicht. Die Übergabe per Schlüsselbox ist eine Verbesserung, da es eine flexible Ankunft ermöglicht. Für eine ökologische Nutzung der Kücheneinrichtungen war für eine vierköpfige Familie das Geschirr etwas knapp.

Die Anfahrt ist ideal. Die Einstellhalle ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, vor allem am Morgen bis um 8h00 (da Schule in sehr naher Umgebung) und ebefalls ab 16h00. Zu Fuss ist das Zentrum und der See in 10 Min. erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gehobener Standard mit einem sehr schönen Salon mit Essecke und einem sehr grosszügigen Balkon. Die Schlafzimmer sind angemessen gross mit viel Stauraum in den Einbauschränken. Ebenfalls erwähnendswert sind die beiden Bäder.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung und haben es genossen. Auch ohne Auto ist die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öV in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ins Zentrum nach Locarno dauert es zu Fuss ca. 10 Min. Etwas suboptimal waren die folgenden Sachen: unklar / keine Info, wo Karton, Glas, Aluminium zu entsorgen ist. 2 Tabs für die Abwaschmaschine für eine Woche reichen nicht, auch WC Papier mussten wir zusätzlich selber kaufen.
