It is situated on the first floor of a Dalmatian stone house and offers sufficient space for up to four people with around 50 m² of living space and two balconies – ideal for couples, small families or friends looking for peace and proximity to the sea.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with access to a small west-facing balcony, a cosy living room with a sofa bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a bright living kitchen with a dining area. The covered south-facing balcony offers a beautiful sea view and is equipped with an awning and seating furniture for relaxed hours.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary - including a 4-plate stove (gas/electric), refrigerator, freezer compartment, sink and coffee machine. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot days, while SAT-TV and WiFi provide entertainment and connection to the outside world.
