How nice that you have chosen our one bedroom apartment. With our apartment, we would like for your holidays in Niedersfeld happy to provide the perfect setting for your holiday.
Our modern 50 sqm apartment for two to four people is on the ground floor on one floor with large balcony and lake view from the living room. All rooms are flooded with light and decorated with warm colors wall.
Very quiet, yet central location in a cul de sac with private parking right outside the house.
Two bedrooms, a living room with a new and fully equipped kitchen, a noble flooring, and a modern bathroom with shower and fitted wash basin should help ensure that you can spend the best days and weeks of the year relaxing and restful. The second bedroom has a new box spring with Topper and the double bed in the bedroom was supplemented with one topper for restful sleep.
You can reach the Hillebachsee own water ski facility and the beach in a few steps. A baker, butcher, grocery store and a cafe are right on the spot.
Also Winterberg with the carousel, the bobsled track, bowling, mountain biking, karting and versatile trails for Hochheide - Cottage and Bruchhausener stones can be reached in a few minutes.

The municipality Winterberg raises a resort tax of 1.95 € per person per day.
Children up to end 15 years pay no resort tax, but receive the same benefits as adults and but also have to be reported.

Located right near the lake with views on mountains/hills all across. The apartment is neat, tidy and has everything you need!
A good place to stay to relax and have fun close by. Or to have a good central point to go in all directions to enjoy the surroundings!
Definitely recommended to book when going to Niedersfeld!

Das Apartment ist genau so, wie beschrieben und wirklich sehr nett eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort nach "Startschwierigkeiten" (siehe Check-in) wirklich wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende dort, jedoch gibt es ein paar Punkte, die uns nicht so gefallen haben (bitte bedenken, der Rest war sehr positiv, ist meine / unsere persönliche Meinung und soll zur Verbesserung beitragen, sofern das gewünscht ist :) ):
Check-In:
- Wir sind recht spät angereist und die Nachtspeicherheizung im Schlafzimmer war leider nicht eingeschaltet. Die Tage zuvor waren sehr kalt und entsprechend haben wir die erste Nacht gefroren, was bei nur 2 Übernachtungen echt nicht so schön war.
- Es hängen >überall< Zettel, wie man sich zu verhalten hat. Hab ich bisher in einer Ferienwohnung so auch noch nicht erlebt. Ein (vielleicht auch nachdrücklicher) Verweis auf ein einziges Regelwerk hätte gereicht. So fühlt man sich wie ein kleines Kind und trübt das Wohlsein.
Kommunikation:
Leider wurde erst auf Fragen ein Tag vor der Anreise geantwortet, kurzfristig wäre es dann vor der Anreise sehr stressig geworden, wenn wir noch etwas hätten besorgen müssen. Hatten aber Glück. Sonst war die Kommunikation vollkommen in Ordnung und sehr freundlich!
Sonstiges:
- Es gibt leider kein W-LAN (zumindest haben wir nichts gefunden), was sehr schade ist, dafür gibt es aber keine schlechtere Bewertung, es steht nicht in der Beschreibung. Für junge Leute aber fast schon ein muss.
- Auf Inkontinenzlaken schlafen ist leider auch nicht so wirklich toll und mega ungewohnt, besonders wenn man eher gerade aus dem Pämpersalter raus ist, als wieder rein kommt ;).
