The charming, family-friendly holiday home is located in a beautiful and unique location above Cala Morisca in a still original urbanization between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. It has 90m2 of living space and a 15m2 balcony with sea views. The open living space is complemented by a high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. For the somewhat cooler season, a closed fireplace is available. The house has a central heating system. Our pool with sea view invites you to relax. Sun loungers are available. The 15 square meter balcony of the house offers a view of the tranquil bay of Cala Morisca. This can be reached on an adventure trail in 15 minutes on foot. It is also known as a smugglers' bay and is well worth a visit. The larger, yet original Cala Canyelles can be reached in 2 minutes by car. Here you will find the boat harbor, a beach bar, the restaurant Cala Canyelles, which invites you to the typical Spanish Cortado or the Iberian ham.

The house is at ground level and therefore particularly suitable for seniors. Walks in our green oasis with or without a dog invite you to relax.
The house is also suitable for a family with parents, children and grandparents.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are in the main house; with 1 bathroom, bedroom 3 with a new shower room in the separate studio, this is located under the apartment and can be booked for an additional charge.
In the surrounding area about 2 km you will find various supermarkets for daily needs. Also Aldi about 5 km. in Lloret de mar and Lidl
The cities of Tossa 5km and Lloret 4km also offer everything that young holidaymakers could wish for with numerous shopping and entertainment options.
On the beach of Cala Canyelles 1.1 km away, you can let the wind blow your nose in numerous water sports or take a leisurely stroll in the small picturesque marina of the bay. Or enjoy the house specialties in the Cala Canyelles restaurant with a view of the paradisiacal bay of Cala Canyelles. From here you can start by boat towards Tossa or Lloret de Mar to enjoy the Costa Brava from the water. For the youngest in the family you will find Waterworld, Marineland, a go-cart track and much more within a 15 km radius. Lloret has a new casino.
At the house itself you can spend a quiet and relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
