The bright and modern detached house for 4 people (built on stone) with private parking on the property is located on the 2nd Row behind the picturesque rock cliff on the open sea. The 10 km long sandy beach (Schaabe) is within walking distance in about 1000 m.
The premises are divided as follows:
The main entrance on the ground floor leads to a cozy and modern living-dining-kitchen with underfloor heating.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob and fridge with integrated ice compartment. Dishes, pots, pans and glasses are plentiful.
The south-west corner terrace in the rock garden with garden furniture and sun lounger invites you to relax. A bathroom with a large shower, toilet and urinal is also on the level.
Both bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180 x 200. In the further bedroom there are two beds 90 x 200. Another bathroom complete with bathtub and underfloor heating complete the upper floor.
The neighborhood and surroundings:
The house is located in an emerging development area in Glowe, an up-and-coming former fishing village, with a harbor, spa and spa park in the north of the island.
Binz is about 25 km away. The house is located in a mixed area of holiday homes and houses on the site of the former coastal radio station Rügenradio.
The long Schaabe connects Glowe with Juliusruh with its 10 km long sandy beach.
The bathing beach lined with dunes and pine forests is wonderful with excellent air and water quality.
The beach promenade at the harbor ends with the lookout tower and invites you to stroll and linger.
A supermarket, bakery, fish smokehouse and several restaurants are available for daily needs.
OTHERS:
A deposit of € 200 must be paid in cash or with an EC card on site.
Non smoking house
You can also arrive late in the evening or at night,
please let us know in advance, there is a key safe, a code will be issued for this.
The tourist tax is paid when the keys are handed over.
Linen package, 1 duvet cover, 1 pillow, 1 bed sheet, 1 bath towel and 2 towels can be booked for € 22.00 per person.
A travel cot and a highchair for children are in the house and are provided free of charge,
please let me know.

Sehr netter, persönlicher Empfang.
Tolles modernes Haus mit zwei Bädern, Fußbodenheizungen, Spülmaschine und vor allem recht gut ausgestattete Küche mit viel Geschirr und vernünftigen Kochtöpfen und Pfannen. Das hab ich bis jetzt selten so gesehen.
Parkplatz gleich vorm Haus, was will man mehr.
WLAN war schnell genug hatte aber ab und zu kurze Verbindungsabbrüche, kann aber auch am Anbieter liegen.
Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Können das Ferienhaus wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Als Startpunkt für Unternehmungen gut gelegen, ist das Ferienhaus zudem hervorragend ausgestattet, um diverse Abende gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.

Meine Frau und ich haben dieses kleine Schmuckstück absichtlich ausgewählt - und das aus gutem Grund: Es ist ein sehr schönes, neues Ferienhaus, perfekt ausgestattet und für zwei (bis max. 4) Personen mit ausreichend Platz versehen. Die Nähe zum Hauptort Glowe ist für Erwachsene mit Auto perfekt. Die Absprache mit dem Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und mehr als nur kundenorientiert. Die Siedlung ist noch recht neu und wird auch zukünftig noch weiter ausgebaut; von Baulärm können wir tatsächlich nichts berichten. Was uns betrifft, so würden wir sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn es auf die Insel geht.
