Very cozy living space has french doors opening to small balcony perfect for relaxing, having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. Lots of stairs from driveway up to main level. Apartment is connected to the private estate - has own private entrance. Nestled in the hills, above lower main basin of Lake Travis, near The OASIS restaurant and shopping village. Covered parking available, Only 25 minutes from downtown Austin, this is the perfect long weekend, weekly or monthly getaway. Come out to the lake and chill in elegance!

This was a perfect place for a couple's gateway. The house is beautiful and the sunset views were perfect. Location couldn't be better. House manager is super responsive and kept us informed. This is a place to come back to, for sure.

We booked this property to watch the eclipse and it was an incredible experience! There were a few random hiccups, but our perfect review should stand as a testament to how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The location is amazing -- even if there isn't an eclipse, the proximity to the Oasis restaurant and brewery and grocery stores is awesome. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a great place to relax!

I stayed at the property for five weeks when I really needed an escape. It was such a peaceful oasis which allowed me to reflect, relax and take care of myself.
The sunset views were amazing! The bed was super comfortable! The kitchen was fully equipped and I had exactly what I needed. I loved the fireplace at night.
Elise, the Property Manager was super helpful, courteous and responsive. The owners introduced themselves and were most welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend staying there if you need a peaceful escape.
