This new and modern furnished apartment is located in the south of Leipzig in a quiet area overlooking the countryside. A ground floor entrance leads to a duplex apartment with large kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room (with fold-out couch). From the living room you can also access a 10 m² roof terrace with views of the countryside.
In front of the apartment you have a pleasantly large outdoor area with greenery, on which you can end your evening on your bench. Enjoy the comfort and can start from here to downtown, to the lakes and monuments. The exhibition grounds Agra is nearby.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut (Verkehrsanbindung)
im Schlafzimmer wäre ein Fliegengitter gut !
leider hat es mit den Fahrrädern nicht geklappt!!!!???schade!

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für ein verlängertes Wochenende gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ansprechpartner sind nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig an einem riesigem Park. In 20 Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof und kann von dort die Innenstadt erkunden.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen bis auf die Tatsache, dass es keinen Dosenöffner und auch keinen Toaster gab.
Die Fahrräder mussten leider von uns erst aufgepumpt und teilweise geölt werden, aber dann ließen sie sich gut fahren. Zudem haben wir den Boden der Dusche
geschrubbt, weil die Fugen schimmelig waren. Wischen reicht bei diesen Fliesen nicht aus!!!
Beim Auspacken zu Hause merkten wir, dass die Wohnung feucht ist. Die Kleidung war klamm. Aber bei der Hitze haben wir es in der Wohnung nicht bemerkt.
Aber insgesamt haben wir eine schöne erlebnisreiche Woche verbracht. Und die Nähe zum Zentrum von Leipzig ist fantastisch.
