The spacious and comfortably furnished apartment is located in the luxurious Hacienda Playa resort on Marbella's most beautiful beach.
The beautiful holiday complex offers a well-kept subtropical garden with a large pool and children's pool.
The apartment offers two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, guest toilet, modern kitchen, living room with seating and dining area. Through the large sliding door you get to the wonderful, partly covered, terrace with private garden.
Underground parking is free.
From the apartment you can stroll comfortably to the beautiful sandy beach with many beach restaurants. The world-famous Nikki Beach Resort (www. Nikkibeach. Com / marbella) is just 600 m away.
Marbella with its beautiful old town is 14km away (good bus connections).
The Costa del Sol (Costa del Golf) is a paradise for golf lovers, countless golf courses are nearby.

A wonderful apartment; spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything you could want and with the most amazing terrace with sun loungers, comfortable furniture and dining table. The apartment’s location is perfect for the swimming pool, which is right outside your front door, the beach is a 3 minute walk and supermarket a 3 minute walk. We couldn’t have asked for better. We would definitely book again if we return to this area. Manfred and Friederike are the perfect hosts. The communication before and during our stay was excellent and they done everything they could to make our stay perfect. I would recommend hiring a car to explore all that’s on offer.

The apartment has a huge lounge and terrace which gets the sun from the morning until around 7pm. Its really nice for a family with children as they can run in and out on the grass at the back so it feels like your own private garden. The bedrooms and bathrooms are of a good quality and you feel at home. The pool is one of the best features here, its huge and children love to play in it, adults can swim lengths for good exercise. There is chinese supermarket around the corner and as well as more across the motorway around 15-20mins walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and cool bars like Nikki Beach along the coast so things for everyone. Try the adventure park (tree climbing) on the other side of the motorway and the waterpark in Fuengirola. The is the Myramar shopping centre there, or La Canada in Marbella. An excellent location in the middle office lots of things to do.

Comfortable,quiet and really well equipped apartment.Spacious rooms,huge terrace with comfortable furniture sheltered from the sun along with large area exposed to the sun for sunbathing and even enough grass for our son to practice his short golf game.Pool right outside the door and beach a 3 minute walk away,perfect for families with small children,great wifi,only thing missing was access to English Tv channels, Apple TV would be a good addition to the facilities.Great communications with the owner,would definitely stay again if returning to the area.
