About this apartment rental
Our bright and friendly furnished apartment, Stella Fiante is approx. 50 m² in size and is located in the newly built apartment complex Bella Casa on the 1st Floor.

The apartment offers a lot of comfort and can be easily reached from our underground parking space without steps using the hotel's own elevator.
On our south-facing balcony you can already enjoy the first warm rays of the sun in the spring in a beach chair.
In front of the windows and in front of the balcony door there are mosquito nets to protect against insects.
A children's travel bed is available free of charge for our younger guests. In our living room there is a fold-out sofa for sleeping the 3. Person, or 2 children.
Small dogs on request. You will be charged € 5.00 per day.
After only 80 meters you will reach the 9 km long sandy beach. An ideal starting point for your hikes.
In the immediate vicinity there are various restaurants with delicious fish specialties to choose from.

Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und überaus umfangreich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung lässt für den Urlaub keine Wünsche offen.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und dem vor Ort verantwortlichen Hausverwalter war unkompliziert und gut. Etwaige Fragen wurden umgehend, schnell und lösungsorientiert beantwortet.

Liebe Familie Günther,
wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Dezent und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und nicht zu überladen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sogar ein Eierkocher :-) war da.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und grüßen aus dem schönen Berlin

Seit mehr als 10 Jahren fahren wir nach Rügen, und nicht immer haben wir solch einen Urlaub gehabt. Es stimmte alles, Wohnung, Wetter und die Lage.
Nein keine Frage, das ist sogar mehr als 5 Sterne wert.
Ein sehr großes Lob an Familie Günther für die stillvoll und gemütliche Ferienwohnung.
Erholung war es in jeder Hinsicht.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

In der gemütlichen, gepflegten und stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung haben wir einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Besonders die Strandnähe ist bemerkenswert. Gern kommen wir im nächsten Jahr in "unsere" Ferienwohnung wieder. Zu erwähnen bleibt der nette Kontakt zu den Vermietern.Danke! Herzliche Grüße
