About this villa rental
Our villa is located in Pine Iceland South Westernmost and so the newest part of Cape Coral. Countless canals run through this area and make it so attractive to the region at the Cape. Tarpoon Marina and Cape Harbour Marina offer restaurants, bars and shops Yacht Club, 3 large supermarkets such as Publix and Walmart are nearby. Villa Pine Iceland is a central place to relax and have fun in the midst of an excellent infrastructure. Between 10 and 25 minutes will easily reach the beaches on the Gulf as well as shopping malls in Ft. Myers and south of it. The beaches in Captiva and Sanibel can be quickly reached by boat also from Cape Harbour from.

The pool was dirty and green when we got there on Saturday. Once we notified the owner she contacted the pool cleaning lady who took care of it that same day. It was fine the rest of the week. It was a great place and we really enjoyed the quiet and safe feeling of this home.

We stayed from March 28th until April 7th of this year. It was our first family trip with our 4 kids and first time renting a VRBO. I booked based of the previous reviews and I am so glad I went with this home. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a big playground within walking distance. Many stores/ restaurant's are within a few miles. We chose a VRBO because we have a son with special needs. It is close to Ft. Myers beach and many other fun things to do. Communication with the host was very good and I would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested. Hope to get back soon. Neighbors were also wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home in a great location. The heated private pool was amazing.

The house was decent however the TV on the master did not work on more than one channel. Only other TV in the main living room area. It met the needs of the family for a quick getaway. We may have been a little more particular than others however the house, towels and furnishings can use a deep clean or replacement.
