Recepcionista Carla, extremamente simpática, foi o que salvou. Todos os outros funcionários super mal humorados sei lá pq, funcionários da recepção mal humorados, a funcionária que limpa o Ofurô grossa pra caramba.

Rejunte do blindex do box do banheiro muito sujo. Chuveirinho do vaso só sai 1 filete de água. Vaso que demora uma eternidade pra encher e conseguir dar descarga novamente, viajamos em 5 pessoas, imagina o horror que foi esperar encher pra outra pessoa conseguir usar. Janela do banheiro que não fica aberta pq o que segura a janela parece estar danificado. Colchonete para a 5a pessoa um nojo, é apenas uma espuma com o forro todo rasgado e encardido. O ar do quarto não gela nada, mesmo colocando na temperatura mínima. Cozinha sem detergente e uma esponja nojenta. Um pano encardido e gosmento em cima da pia da cozinha. Gavetas da cozinha cheias de poeira, porta talheres sujo, utensílios dentro dos armários da cozinha bastante empoeirados. As pilhas do controle da TV do quarto não funcionavam. Resumindo, apartamento sujo, parecia estar fechado a algum tempo. Reclamei sobre as pilhas que eram mais emergenciais e o proprietário avisou que tinha pilhas na gaveta da sala, mais não tinha, questionei sobre o detergente, ele disse que tinha debaixo da cama box, mais tb não tinha, mais lá acabei achando as pilhas, e ele pediu pra pegar o detergente na lojinha do local que ele pagava pelo detergente. Ou seja, o proprietário não sabe onde estão os itens dentro do próprio apartamento. O resto dos problemas dei um jeito pois não podia perder tempo em esperar ser resolvido. Precisa muito dar uma geral e ser vistoriado. Pessoal da recepção super mal humorado. A única que salva é a que fica no guichê mais baixo, aonde fazemos o check-in inicial chamada Carla, as outras pessoas que ficam no balcão grande do lado o tempo todo respondendo atravessado o tempo todo sei lá pq.

Agradável e acolhedora!

Local agradável, acolhedor. A Aldeia das Águas que é junto ao hotel é maravilhoso, principalmente para quem vai com as crianças.

Tem que ser melhorado o serviço a cabo da TV, em especial quanto ao canal infantil. As crianças brincam o dia todo e quando chegam para descansar querem assistir algo no canal infantil e depois dormir.

O local é maravilhoso, o flat tem tudo vale muito o custo benefício tem tudo para crianças ,adultos tbm Gostei e pretendo voltar , principalmente agora que sei que é local e equipado tem panela de arroz, cafeteria e microondas , uma cozinha ótima
