The view

Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience with this apartment. We arrived about one hour after the scheduled check-in time, which should have given the hosts enough time to make sure everything was ready. Instead, we were surprised to find that the sink was still being repaired while we were already in the apartment. Several other issues made our stay very uncomfortable: * The bathroom door lock was not working. * Before arriving, we specifically asked if a baby cot could be provided, as Booking.com stated that one was available upon request. Unfortunately, the cot we received was dirty and covered in stains. * The air conditioning was practically unusable. It would cut out every two minutes and constantly reboot. * The balcony was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned and balcony lights were not working. * We were given only one key and one access fob for a family of four. We asked whether we could at least get the lift code, since the lift requires one, but were told that this was not possible. The property could easily offer a second key and fob against a deposit, which would make things much more convenient for families. * The Wi-Fi was basically nonexistent. We were staying on the fifth floor, and the Wi-Fi signal did not properly reach the apartment. For the price we paid, we expected a much better standard. It honestly felt like the property relies heavily on its nice view to attract guests while neglecting the basic facilities and services that actually make a stay comfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially for a family with a baby. We would not stay here again.
