Appartement très bien situé. Partie calme du port. Grande terrasse orientée sud-est à l'abri du soleil l'après-midi. Pour le négatif il y a 2 remarques importantes : - Le manque de climatisation ! (26° la nuit, 1 seul ventilateur, impossible de faire des courants d'air, l'ai est très humide à cause des évaporations du port)... étouffant ! - Le mobilier, la salle de bain et la déco sont d'origine (30 ans), d'une autre époque... une rénovation s'impose d'urgence ! (la literie de 160 est bonne)

Au niveau de la vaisselle : - casseroles grasses - pâtes collées au fond bouilloire Porte de parking en panne ouverte toute la semaine Séche linge rouillé Chaise extérieure cassée a déjà été signalé l'année dernière Interhome ne connaît pas le code à chiffres de l'entrée Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une permanence le dimanche ou au moins un numéro d'appel au cas où
