This bright and quiet 3-bedroom apartment is located just outside of the Historic Centre. Situated on a quiet residential semi-pedestrian street, the apartment has all amenities of a home as well as a 5 minutes walking distance to all of the major attractions (Picasso home/museum, Cathedral, Roman Theatre, Moorish Fortress, and more) and services (supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, pharmacies and more much), entirely within walking distance. Many complained of staying directly downtown due to high noise levels at night due to parties and discos. This area is quiet for a perfect night's rest.
This building has elevator access to the apartment. It is ideal for couples, families with older children, or a large group of friends.

Appartement très propre et pourvue de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances .Très près du centre historique, Sommes très satisfaits de notre choix.

Brian, the owner, met us at the apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. His place was great for our family. It was roomy, modern, and very comfortable. We felt very much at home and the girls enjoyed the Netflix. We were within minutes to the old town and city center. There is an outdoor fish market and grocery store around the corner and many great restaurants close by. Brian was nothing but helpful and accommodating! We enjoyed our visit!!

L'appartement est impeccable : grand (3 véritables chambres avec 2 salles de bain), propre, fonctionnel et très calme. Il est situé tout près du cœur historique (5 à 10 minutes à pied), dans un quartier vivant sans être bruyant, à 2 pas d'un marché couvert et de commerces divers.Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli (il parle français), il a été plein de bon conseils (visites, restaurants, bons plans ...).Un séjour que nous ne regrettons pas et referons avec plaisir !
