About this apartment rental
Fully furnished apartment, approx. 75 m², on the ground floor of a terraced house with a direct view of the Bodstedter Bodden. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with open kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. The spacious terrace faces south and borders on a beautiful meadow right up to the edge of the forest. Here, the children can play undisturbed, use the large swing or also pass the time with table tennis.
In the port of Pruchten you can rent rowing or small motor boats and enjoy a trip on the Barther Strom. Anglers are also catered for. Just ask for it in the port.
Would you prefer to go swimming? But sure! For the "Boddenbader" there are several options that can be reached in a 10 minute walk. For example, the bathing beach in Bodstedt, which connects directly to the old harbor. Or would you prefer the Baltic Sea beach? You can also get there by bike or car in a few minutes. It is about 7 km to Zingst.
In Pruchten you will find a baker who is open daily from 6 a.m. and offers many baking surprises.
The Boddenstadt Barth is only 3 km away from Pruchten. Here you will find all kinds of shops, doctors, authorities and banks. You should combine shopping with a short stroll through the city. Worth it !

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem kleinen Ferienpark, ganz am Ende zu Feld und Wiesen. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss, oben drüber ist noch eine Ferienwohnung und nebenan wohnen die Vermieter. Diese sind super lieb und helfen einem jederzeit weiter. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Eine riesige Terrasse gehört dazu, auf der man laue Abende geniessen kann. Der große Garten lädt mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten unter Bäumen ein. Es befinden sich dort diverse Spielgeräte, so das es für Kinder einfach wunderbar ist. Wir hatten unsere zwei Hunde dabei, die sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Lediglich der Nachbarshund hat morgens gebellt. Mit den Hunden kann man direkt durch den Zaun in die Wiesen und in den Wald. Auch Fahrradtouren kann man ab der Wohnung starten. Bis zum Meer fährt man mit dem Rad rund 20 Minuten, auf super ausgebauten Strecken. Alles in Allem ein ruhiger Ort mit viel Komfort.

Geschmacklich stimmig eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. Sehr schöner und großer Garten mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Falls etwas fehlte, wurde es gleich gebracht. Auch für Regentage gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben kurzfristig ein Urlaubsdomizil gesucht. Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der FeWo und wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, der Ausstattung, den Vermietern (wohnen neben an), der Sauberkeit und den Schlafmöglichkeiten. Es waren sogar einige tolle Details für Familien vor Ort (Fahrräder und Helme für kleinere Kids4-6 Jahre), Sandkiste, Nest&normale Schaukel, Spielhäuschen mit vielen Kinderspielzeug, Puppen&Barbies, Kleine Fahrzeuge, Familienspiele, Waschbeckenhocker u. Töpfchen… Also alles was man als kleine Familie mit Kids benötigt :0)
Sauberkeit war super, Einrichtung wirklich nett gestaltet, tolle Terrasse und vielem mehr. Leider hatten wir nur ein Wochenende aber kommen sehr gerne wieder für weitere Urlaube!
