About this house rental
13 km to the south of Mänttä-Vilppula Art town, lake Kuorevesi 30 m (width approx. 2 km, length approx. 12 km), hard, gently sloping sandy beach, dock and boat.
Spacious two-story log house 2014. Ground floor: living room, kitchen, hall, vestibule, technical area, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed (from the bedroom entrance to the terrace), bedroom 2 beds, utility room (where dryer, another fridge and freezer), shower room, sauna (electric stove), terrace.
Upstairs: spacious lobby area, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with double bed and a balcony.
The villa has geothermal underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and a wood-burning stove. WiFi.
Double beds are Tempur beds.
Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers
Bookings end no later than 12 noon on the day of departure, including weekend bookings.

We loved our few days staying at Lokinsiipi. The cabin is gorgeous, modern, clean and the location is fantastic. It is well isolated and the lake is gorgeous. The nearby village of Mänttä had everything we needed for groceries and even a pizza. Our kids loved to sauna and swim (several times a day). Other than the mosquitos (welcome to Finland), we have zero complaints. The owner was exceptional to work with and fantastic in communicating with us. We will be back and will stay longer.
