The apartment of 70m2 is on the shore 1min from the beautiful beach and restaurants of Platja d'Aro, 5min from the bus station, 15min from Palamós and 30min from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large terrace and garden. The two rooms are composed of a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for two people in the living room. There is a full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, AC, heating for the winter, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi throughout the property. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax and documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Super emplacement dans un quartier calme, proche des commerces et de la plage. Super appartement avec sa terrasse ombragée, belle pièce de vie avec sa grand cuisine moderne. Moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres c’est super ! Quelques points négatifs qui ont était signalé, comme la literie dans la grande chambre et le clic clac matelas trop mou. Les petits lits ça va . Les femmes de ménage doivent sérieusement s’occuper de la douche ! On y retournera avec plaisir en espérant, que les remarques seront prises en compte.

La récupération des clés et le départ ont été très faciles. L'appartement est sombre car il y a des barreaux aux fenêtres, la pièce à vivre est spacieuse. La litière est très molle et un des lits une personne grince. La salle de douche est agréable. L'appartement se situe en face d'un bar à foot, et malheureusement nous étions là pour la finale de la ligue des champions, donc beaucoup de bruits, les gens regardaient le match à travers la vitre en mangeant des pizzas sur les capots des voitures. Donc si comme nous vous ne regardez pas le foot je vous conseille de vérifier que l'Espagne ne joue pas pendant votre séjour. En terme d'équipement, il y le nécessaire , précision pour faire du café, pas de cafetière à filtre soit dosette mais pas de dosette sur place soit cafetière italienne. A 2 minutes à pieds vous trouverez une petit supermarché pour vos achats alimentaires et autres et une multitude de restaurants autour. La plage et la balade des chemins cotiers sont ma

L’ensemble de la propriété bien mais comme nous étions en octobre il manquait de couvertures pour la nuit.il y avait des couvres lits mais ils était fin et sale
