About this apartment rental

Our apartment is located in a sunny, central location location with no through traffic. Restaurants, grocery store, bakery, post office, walking and swimming are just a 5 minute walk.
Offenburg and Oberkirch are 7 km away, Europa Park Rust 30 km, Strasbourg 25 km, away. The apartment has to reach a separate entrance and is at ground level. You can park your car in front of the apartment.

In the kitchen you will find a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are available (for free).
In the living room with comfortable sofa and dining area, a TV and radio with CD player is.
Wi-Fi is available, free. hanslattwebde. Before the apartment is a patio with sun loungers.
Our apartment is smoke-free, unfortunately pets can not be brought.

Lovely apartment & outdoor area. Owners have thought of everything you need for a self catering holiday. Not that we did much cooking. Durbach is a lovely village, very pretty, everything you need in a short walking distance, including lovely restaurants. Also the local wine cooperative. Which we used including bring a case of a local wine.

We loved our stay at Christiana and Hans apartment. They were wonderful hosts, welcoming us with a jar of sour cherry preserves and sending us off with a bottle of local wine (Christiana works at the town wine cooperative, which is literally next door). The apartment was quite comfortable for the two of us, with an ample living/dining room, a nice large bathroom, and nice outdoor spaces. It was immaculately clean and fresh towels were provided halfway through our visit. Durbach is a lovely little town, nestled in a narrow valley surrounded by beautiful hillside vineyards through which we took a number of pleasant walks. There is a very decent grocery a block from the apartment, two excellent bakeries in town, and plenty of restaurant choices, though we became particular fans of the local Weinestube. The town is a perfect base for exploring the black forest and beyond. It is less than 10 minutes to the train station in Offenburg and to the A5, the main north/south Autobahn, so getting to cities and towns on the western edge of the area is quick and easy. Baden Baden is only about 30 minutes away, Heidelburg one hour, and the French border only 20 minutes. It is also well-located for exploring the interior of the black forest, close to many beautiful towns and villages like Gengenback and Sasbachwalden.We have been using HomeAway for years now, and I have to say that this apartment is one of the best values we have encountered. So, if youre looking for a nice place to stay in the Schwarzwald for a ridiculously low price, this is it.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, Größe genau richtig für 2 Personen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der herrliche Garten, der uns täglich erfreut hat. Bäcker/Café, Edeka, Restaurants, Durbacher Winzergenossenschaft, Freibad und Bushaltestelle zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Von Durbach aus kann man zahlreiche Wander- und Radtouren unternehmen, ein guter Tropfen Durbacher Wein zum Abschluss trägt zur Erholung bei. Dies alles und die überaus netten Gastgeber haben uns einen erholsamen Genießerurlaub beschert.

Die Fam. Latt hat in Durbach eine sehr schöne kleine Fewo, sie ist modern eingerichtet und lässt nicht's vermissen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, von dort gelangt man schnell in den Schwarzwald und auch nach Frankreich. Die Fam. Latt ist sehr nett und bemüht dass es ihren Gästen gut geht. Alles war sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer hübsch eingerichteten und sauberen, gepflegten Ferienwohnung! Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden: vom Kaffeefilter, einer Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Toilettenpapier usw...sogar selbstgemachte Konfitüre als Willkommensgruß! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ruhig, aber zentral, in wenigen Minuten waren Schwimmbad, Edeka und auch die Bushaltestelle erreicht. Frau Latt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders die Wegzehrung für den Heimweg, bestehend aus Mirabellen und Feigen aus dem eigenen Garten, haben wir noch sehr genossen! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wij kunnen niets slechts zeggen over deze woning, alles is piekfijn in orde, de ligging is rustig, alles wat je kunt nodig hebben is voor handen, en de eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast zijn er winkels en restaurants op loopafstand in Durbach, en kun je er mooie wandelingen en fietstochten maken.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Durbach. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und enthält alles, was man braucht. Trotz der Hitze war die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Frau und Herr Latt waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung war gemütlich und sauber, die Lage im Örtchen Durbach sehr zentral! Das Dorf hat kulinarisch einiges zu bieten, nicht zuletzt leckere Weine in der Vinothek nebenan. Familie Latt ist supernett und kümmert sich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt und es hat nichts gefehlt. Danke für die leckere Marmelade!
