About this apartment rental
The location of the apartment in Pentling is very central, shopping center and country inn in 5 minutes, Regensburg city center in 10 minutes by car. The apartment has a modern kitchen, which is separate from the living area, a very nice bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and all the dishes, glasses and cutlery. The apartment also has a wall unit with TV, Internet access, a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed with a width of 1.40 for sitting and sleeping, as well as a spacious closet for clothes and accessories. A dining set for several pesrons is also available. Outside there is a sun lounger and a deck chair.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Was near a regular bus into Regensburg, shops and roads. The only issue we had was that there were not many places to get a meal nearby, and the owners spoke little English (why should they) and we spoke little German (should have started Duolingo earlier). However thanks to Google translate and between us we were able to communicate well enough. The owners were friendly, but we saw them very little other than check-in, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. A lovely location for exploring the area and the delightful towns of Bavaria.

The location is an apartment in the owners house, separate entrance and independent from the main house. We were there in very hot summer days, but inside was very cool and nice (even w/o A/C). There is a very small garden outside to sit and chat. Shops are ~15 min away on foot (closed by 20:00, open from Mon-Sat). We were 2 min away from the bus station - only one bus line taking us to the city center - and the ride takes ab 25-30 min.
The apartment is very well equiped, so it's suitable even for a long stay. We were there for 3 nights and didn't use everything.
All in all it was a very good and cheap place. Would come back for sure.

In der Anzeige muss unbedingt erkennbar sein, dass es sich um eine Souterrain Appartement handelt!! Das Foto vom Haus suggerierte etwas anderes. Der Geruch ist etwas muffig und das Klima des Appartements leicht feucht gewesen. Für meine Knochen nicht optimal. Ansonsten war es sauber und alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren nett.
