Set on 17 acres of rural land, the Cottage is located in private surrounds and is fully self-contained. It enjoys stunning views across farmland to the Great Dividing Range. It is ideal for a couple seeking a peaceful, comfortable, country getaway but can easily accommodate up to six guests.
The cottage is perfectly located to enjoy the best the NSW south coast has to offer – rolling countryside, rugged mountains, beautiful national parks and spectacular beaches. It is ideally situated a short distance to both Moruya township and the pristine Dolphin Beach.
This property has been recently refurbished and is comfortably fitted out with the following inclusions:

* Loft with queen and two single beds

Stunning view and centrally located. Very relaxing. Everything we needed and comfortable beds. Nice and clean. We did not realise there was a road nearby which was busy over the Christmas holiday period. It was quiet at night though. John was super responsive and a good communicator.

Property and views surrounding is stunning. We enjoyed the afternoons looking over the view of the mountains watching wildlife visit the property including beautiful birds. The house is lovely, tranquil and very clean. I particularly enjoyed that we didn’t have to bring linen with us and the house was fully equipped. Great spot for a stay where you just want to relax and watch the sunset. John the property manager was very nice.
